Searching for real estate and vacant homes in Japan historically lacked clear English context, map-based filtering, and currency conversion. I engineered a fast, intuitive web platform with AI-assisted home evaluation, interactive maps, and neighbourhood context.
Trest Platform
Local service providers, tutors, and sellers in Uzbekistan relied on unorganized direct messages in Instagram and Telegram, leading to lost bookings and uncollected payments. I created a high-converting digital storefront with instant booking and automated order management.
Teklip Cars
Automotive trading in Turkmenistan suffered from fragmented boards, slow mobile interfaces, and cumbersome ad creation. I architected a blazing-fast React Native mobile application with multi-parameter car search, image galleries, and real-time dealer messaging.
Tendora
Managing expiring passports, visas, vehicle registrations, and subscription bills across emails and notes leads to missed deadlines and unwanted fees. I designed and engineered Tendora as a native iOS app featuring on-device biometric security (Face ID), Smart Stacks, and automated renewal alerts.
Aura
Most cycle trackers are cluttered with ads and disconnect hormonal phases from daily well-being and skincare. I designed and built Aura to seamlessly connect cycle phases (Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal) with daily care routines, featuring on-device AI selfie skin analysis, Apple Health integration, and biometric Face ID privacy.
